Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to understand and perform basic math operations
  • Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
  • Ability to drive manual transmission and parallel park
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present information
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple English
  • Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Ability to perform basic math operations and understand money, weight, volume, distance measurements
  • Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Register/computer experience preferred
  • Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to all patients/guests
  • Assists marketing department with marketing efforts targeted to existing clients
  • Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, location staff and co-workers
  • Acknowledges and greets guests immediately with professionalism and friendliness
  • Uses guest last name when appropriate
  • Maintains composure and accuracy while under pressure
  • Uses proper Towne Park phone etiquette
  • Assists guests with directions and inquiries
  • Provides information about surrounding area and main attractions
  • Protects guest confidentiality per HIPAA requirements
  • Collects data related to parking operations
  • Obtains information about daily events and parking rates
  • Maintains claim checks and guest folio archives
  • Parks and retrieves vehicles promptly and safely
  • Assists guests with luggage when applicable
  • Performs other duties as assigned
