Job Requirements

- Experience driving manual and automatic vehicles
- Previous guest service experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Professional demeanor and commitment to hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for valet parking and guest service inquiries
- Collect necessary information from guests to execute requests
- Warmly greet guests retrieving parked cars
- Collect and accurately post payment for parking services
- Deposit all cash receipts following established procedures
- Direct valet parkers to retrieve vehicles
- Monitor valet workflow and special handling instructions ensuring timely service
- Maintain accurate control of keys for parked vehicles
- Maintain logs, parking records, and guest preference data
- Handle guest interactions professionally, accommodating special requests
- Resolve customer complaints
- Assist guests with hotel services and event inquiries
- Comply with company work rules and standards of conduct
- Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
