Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
- Previous experience in guest-oriented, fast-paced work environment preferred
- Ability to comply with company policies and standards

- Ability to work harmoniously with team members
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest-oriented, fast-paced work environment preferred

- Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmission
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Proficiency in property management systems or ability to learn quickly
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a busy environment
Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for valet parking and guest service inquiries
- Collect information from guests to execute valet and service requests
- Warmly greet guests retrieving parked cars
- Collect and accurately post payment for parking services
- Deposit all cash receipts according to procedures
- Direct valet parkers to retrieve vehicles
- Monitor valet workflow, guest parking, luggage requests, and special handling instructions
- Maintain accurate control of parked car keys
- Maintain and provide accurate logs, parking records, guest preference profiles, and service request data
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality
- Accommodate special guest requests
- Resolve guest complaints
- Assist guests with hotel services information
- Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors
