Job Duties
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
- Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- Report safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to management
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Re-route traffic when parking reaches maximum capacity
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding amenities and local attractions
- Provide change to guests
- Complete nightly audit of parked vehicles and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
