Job Duties

  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
  • Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
  • Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
  • Report safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to management
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • Re-route traffic when parking reaches maximum capacity
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • Provide guests with directions and information regarding amenities and local attractions
  • Provide change to guests
  • Complete nightly audit of parked vehicles and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
