Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- Required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- Must have a Massachusetts driver's license
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Culinary arts, hospitality or related experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Conversational English required
- Ability to write instructions and present information
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Must be physically able to perform duties including lifting or maneuvering at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work varying schedules reflecting business needs
- Must work safely using Personal Protection Equipment
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and elevated places
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers

Job Duties
- Ensures all Wynn Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
- Participates in short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

- Deliver on the logistics of the valet department
- Follow all cash handling procedures
- Maintain Wynn service standards for interactions with guests
- Follow all company security and validation procedures to ensure only authorized individuals or owners can access vehicles
- Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards
- Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training
- Performs any other job-related duties as assigned
