Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- must have a Massachusetts driver’s license
- ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily
- ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects or controls
- ability to reach, stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to lift or maneuver at least 50 pounds
- ability to work varying schedules reflecting business needs
- ability to work in outdoor conditions including varying weather
- ability to work in elevated places using ladders, lifts, catwalks, and staging
- ability to follow safety precautions including use of personal protection equipment
- ability to interact professionally with internal and external guests
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- culinary arts, hospitality or related education or experience preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
- outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents including policy and procedure manuals
- ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
- conversational English required, second language a plus
- ability to write instructions and present information
- ability to compute basic mathematical calculations and maintain reports upon request
Job Duties
- Ensure all Wynn Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
- participate in short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness and implement changes required for improvement
- identify key drivers of success
- contribute to departmental performance and maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of policies and procedures
- enforce all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and property-wide controls within the department
- deliver and maintain a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction
- contribute to company-wide communication and best practices
- keep informed of all new developments within the department
- balance multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines often in stressful and high-pressure situations
- deliver on the logistics of the valet department
- follow all cash handling procedures
- maintain Wynn service standards for guest interactions
- follow company security and validation procedures to ensure authorized vehicle access
- work with safety as a priority and follow department and company safety standards
- maintain relevant knowledge of industry through education and training
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned
