Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform policies
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and willingness to help is mandatory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle unexpected situations professionally
- Dependability and adherence to safety procedures
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, ensure high-quality service
- Support team collaboration, recognize team accomplishments, and maintain a positive work environment
