Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Pass background check
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- Adhere to company attendance and timekeeping policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle customer service challenges professionally and resolve problems promptly
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe parking operations
- Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned training modules on time
