- Customer service attitude and helpful demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Clean background check

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Exceptional guest service skills through professional communication and active listening
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands effectively
- Dependability in following instructions, maintaining schedules, and completing tasks timely
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the company's operational goals, attend required staff meetings, and complete all assigned training modules on time
