Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license
- physical ability to handle vehicle movement and luggage assistance
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively
Job Qualifications

- valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance
- accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
- assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
- collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest's vehicle for their departure
- assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
