Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred previous experience at a hotel or as a valet attendant
- Valid driver’s license and excellent/clean driving record
- Able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission
- Good communication and excellent customer service skills
- 25 years of age or older
- Clear background check

Job Duties
- Welcome our patients upon their arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service
- Greet and acknowledge every guest with a smile and friendly words
- Open doors and assist patients and visitors entering and leaving
- Drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them in an efficient and safe manner
- Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide help to individuals with disabilities
- Actively listen and respond to guest questions
- Thank guests with real admiration and provide a fond departure
