Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferred previous experience at a hotel or as a valet attendant
- valid driver's license and excellent/clean driving record
- able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission
- good communication and excellent customer service skills
- 25 years of age or older
- clear background check

Job Duties
- Welcome patients upon arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service
- greet and acknowledge every guest with a smile and friendly words
- open doors and assist patients and visitors entering and leaving
- drive guest vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them efficiently and safely
- follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle's parking location on the claim ticket
- perform other duties as assigned
- provide help to individuals with disabilities
- actively listen and respond to guest questions
- thank guests with real admiration and provide a fond departure
