Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with less than three moving violations in three years
- ability to pass background check
- physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- punctuality
- ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- compliance with safety procedures
- willingness to attend training and meetings

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in and out and reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance and uphold PMC standards for parking operations
- perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals
- attend staff meetings and complete all training modules on time
