- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain composure under pressure

- previous experience in valet parking or customer service preferred
- ability to drive manual or automatic vehicles safely

Job Duties
- Drives car to hotel garage adhering to all traffic regulations and speed limits using caution not to damage vehicles
- assesses any damage to vehicle and notes it on claim ticket along with vehicle location
- stores and secures vehicle keys
- opens hotel doors for guests and gives verbal welcome
- parks vehicles in open spots performing valet duties
- assists waiting patrons and parks or retrieves vehicles
- quickly retrieves guests’ cars in a timely manner
- drives company and guests vehicles safely
- assists in unpacking and organizing luggage and golf clubs
- provides secure and organized storage for luggage and golf clubs temporarily
- informs guests of local activities and entertainment with enthusiasm
- fulfills guests’ needs efficiently and kindly
- answers department telephone with professional etiquette
- schedules and arranges transportation service for guests
- interacts closely with other hotel departments to meet guest needs promptly
- maintains a safe and secure environment by assisting in safety and emergency procedures
- assists with intake of vehicles and luggage escorting guests to rooms and events
- performs additional duties as directed by leadership team
