Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication as needed
  • Ability to perform duties in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
  • Ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing work environments
  • Dependable with strong safety awareness and ability to maintain work schedules
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
  • Attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals while remaining flexible to changing business needs
