- A valid California driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- At least one-year experience in luxury hospitality setting as valet parking attendant

Job Duties
- Greet guests who arrive by private car and assist guests descending from cars
- Issue appropriate valet parking tickets to guests when door staff is unavailable
- Drive car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations and speed limits, using caution not to damage vehicles
- Assess any damage to vehicle and clearly note it on claim ticket along with vehicle location
- Deposit key and ticket with valet cashier
- Open hotel doors for all guests and give verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving cars
- Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- hail taxis as needed
- Handle guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints
