Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- pass and maintain clean background check
- customer service attitude
- ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- comply with attendance and timekeeping policies
- wear full uniform and maintain grooming standards
- use personal cell phone for work-related communication when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and willing, helpful demeanor mandatory
- valid driver’s license
- ability to maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to pass and maintain clean background check
- professional communication skills including active listening and personalized guest assistance
- ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands effectively
- dependability in maintaining schedules and following instructions
- ability to adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
- perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals
- attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
