Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the last three years
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service attitude and helpful demeanor
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to communicate professionally and handle challenging situations
- Compliance with company attendance and timekeeping policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Strong team player who supports colleagues and fosters a positive work environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintains an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in and out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
