Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing environments
  • Capable of handling physical demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out and reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle challenging situations professionally and resolve problems promptly
  • Support team efforts by fostering a positive and cooperative work environment
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company policies and uniform standards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet operational goals
  • Attend staff meetings and complete all required training on time
