Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Adherence to company attendance, uniform, and grooming policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the last three years
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle unexpected situations with professionalism
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
