Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • hold a valid MD State driver's license with no moving violations or traffic citations in past 3 years
  • able to drive and operate all types of passenger vehicles safely
  • physically capable of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting up to 80 lbs, and mobility to move around property
  • good oral and written communication skills in English
  • previous valet experience preferred
  • self-starter and motivator
  • flexible with schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • self-starter and motivator capable of working without constant direction
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 80 lbs
  • ability to run up and down stairs
  • flexible with schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet everyone at all times
  • serve as attendant, cashier, and assist other operations as needed
  • direct traffic, monitor flow of parking and response times
  • respond to guest needs or concerns
  • write incident reports as needed
  • accept cars, write tickets, manage key control, return cars safely and promptly
  • run point of sale system, charge guests accurately, tender payments, manage automated parking system
  • monitor friendliness and urgency of staff
  • provide guidance and feedback on performance
  • monitor staffing and delivery times
  • drive a sense of urgency within team
  • set high personal standards for performance
  • implement initiatives to improve employee experience
  • endorse business objectives, ethics, and values
  • demonstrate leadership, influence, drive, innovation, and commercial awareness
