Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- successful background check
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- professional appearance and grooming
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- previous customer service experience preferred
- helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- valid driver’s license
- maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- pass and maintain a clean background check

Job Duties
- greet customers and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- manage overnight valet parking duties including vehicle security and organization
- operate communication devices such as radios and phones for coordination
- adhere to company safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
- maintain uniform and grooming standards
- assist with other customer service tasks as needed
