Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to walk and stand for full eight-hour shifts
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
