Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Customer service orientation and positive attitude
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and company policies
  • Dependable attendance
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle multiple tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and effective management of competing demands
  • Dependability in following instructions, maintaining schedules, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Adherence to safety procedures and proper equipment usage
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed before clocking in
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals, attend required staff meetings, and complete all assigned training modules on time
