Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications

- Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
Job Duties
- Inspect vehicles and record condition on claim tickets
- Safely operate guest vehicles following all protocols
- Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Arrive on time in uniform and adhere to company policies
- Assist with additional duties as needed
