Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and willing, helpful demeanor
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- professional communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle unexpected situations
- physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance and uphold company standards for safe and efficient parking operations
