Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards including arriving on time and in full uniform
- Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals
- Attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
