Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • ability to use personal cell phones for work-related communication
  • availability for full-time or part-time schedules

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • customer service experience preferred
  • customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • adaptability and professionalism in dynamic work environments
  • dependability in following instructions, maintaining work schedules, and timely task completion
  • ability to report unsafe conditions and use equipment properly

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
  • handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, ensure high-quality service
  • balance individual responsibilities while fostering a positive team environment, supporting colleagues, and recognizing team accomplishments
