Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
customer service experience preferred
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
adherence to uniform and grooming standards
ability to use personal cell phones for work-related communication
availability for full-time or part-time schedules

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
customer service experience preferred
customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance
follow company policies and procedures
adaptability and professionalism in dynamic work environments
dependability in following instructions, maintaining work schedules, and timely task completion
ability to report unsafe conditions and use equipment properly

Job Duties

Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, ensure high-quality service
balance individual responsibilities while fostering a positive team environment, supporting colleagues, and recognizing team accomplishments
