Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Customer service experience preferred
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with company grooming and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed before clocking in
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the company’s operational goals, remain flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- Attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned training modules on time
