Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- clean background check
- motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while following key handling procedures
- adhere to all safety protocols to ensure personal and vehicle security
- comply with attendance and timekeeping policies including accurate reporting of tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations professionally and resolve guest issues promptly
- maintain regular attendance, arrive on time in full uniform and uphold company standards
