Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in a three-year period
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a secure environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands effectively
- Dependable and safety-conscious with ability to follow instructions and maintain work schedules
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and accurately reporting tips
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
