Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance adhering to uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
  • Adherence to company attendance and timekeeping policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands effectively
  • Dependability in following instructions and maintaining work schedules
  • Ability to adhere to safety procedures and use equipment properly

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the company’s operational goals, attend required staff meetings, and complete all assigned training modules on time
