Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or valet preferred
valid driver’s license
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
comfort with outdoor work environments
basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
basic cash handling skills
ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
strong communication and interpersonal skills
valid driver’s license
ability to operate a vehicle safely

Job Duties

Greet guests politely and professionally
safely park and retrieve vehicles
process parking transactions accurately
handle cash and credit card payments
maintain key control and vehicle security
assist guests with inquiries
manage high-volume and fast-paced situations efficiently
