Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weight
- willingness to assist guests with luggage
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedule
- adherence to company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in valet or bell services is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- capable of handling physical tasks including lifting luggage
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival
- assist guests with luggage by loading and unloading from vehicles
- park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- provide information about the hotel amenities and services
- escort guests to their rooms upon arrival
- serve as the first point of contact ensuring a positive guest experience
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
