Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Proven safe driving experience
- Ability to physically drive for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move luggage up to 60 pounds
- Ability to move to, from, and throughout parking lot
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Proven safe driver with clean driving record
- Valid and up-to-date driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional driving skills with manual and automatic transmissions
- Ability to adapt to varying weather conditions and traffic patterns
- Ability to quickly adjust to changes in work schedules or tasks
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the hotel and offer professional services
- Accommodate guests by opening all doors and assisting with luggage or other items
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed
- Operate guests' vehicles safely
- Keep an organized record of tickets and keys assigned to each vehicle/guest
- Ensure vehicles are parked safely and securely
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival for existing damage and document as necessary
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies, services and resolve occupants' complaints
- Perform other related duties as assigned
