Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability for weekday shifts
- Reliable transportation to designated work sites
- English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (maximum of 1 point and no DUI)
- Experience with both manual and automatic transmissions
- Effective communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- U.S. military experience preferred
Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers upon their arrival to drop-off or pick-up their vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections and document any existing damage
- Store equipment
- Issue claim tickets to customers accurately
- Assist customers with getting in and out of their vehicles
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles from nearby parking lots
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time to ensure prompt service
- Set up and put away valet podiums and signs as needed
