Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean record
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
- ability to work independently
- prior experience in guest services or parking management preferred

- previous experience in parking management or guest services preferred but not required
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong observational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- basic knowledge of safety and security procedures related to parking and vehicle management
- must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license with a clean record with no history of accidents or moving violations
Job Duties
- monitor parking lot and assist guests with parking needs
- ensure security of vehicles and the parking area
- manage overnight parking operations independently
- maintain safety and security protocols related to parking and vehicle management
- handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- communicate courteously with guests and staff
- report any issues promptly to management
