Job Requirements
- Must be able to drive all types of vehicles (manual and automatic)
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- must pass a pre-employment drug screening

- ability to expertly maneuver vehicles in tight spaces
- ability to speak, read, and write English

- professional, courteous demeanor with strong customer service skills
- able to work with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Greet tenants and provide assistance when entering the garage
- valet park vehicles as needed
- monitor and control parking of non-tenants
- help ensure the safety of tenants and guests
- report safety or security concerns
- assist with receiving processes (forklift training required)
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the garage
- assist with light maintenance and building projects
- participate in monthly safety training
