Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, jogging, and standing for extended periods
  • Must be willing to work a flexible PRN schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Previous valet experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with empathetic communication
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to walk or jog on hilly terrain to park and retrieve vehicles
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Perform pick-up and delivery of members for scheduled campus activities in a safe and friendly manner
  • Greet members and guests by name upon vehicle arrival and open doors
  • Assist members and guests who need help with mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs
  • Maintain cleanliness of Cypress vehicles inside and out
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in proper working condition
  • Deliver exceptional customer service demonstrating respect and empathy
  • Follow safety protocols while driving and parking vehicles
