Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to lift objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
- Must uphold company policies and procedures
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving luggage
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Process operational needs including check-in and check-out procedures
- Address and resolve guest requests and concerns promptly
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company policies
