Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed
  • Safely drive and park guest vehicles in designated areas, ensuring efficiency and care
  • Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner upon guest request
  • Maintain clear communication with hotel guest services to coordinate arrivals and departures
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions as needed
  • Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating vehicles
