Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Valid applicable state driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Clean driving record for five years
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Mathematical skills preferred
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical skills for processing payments and deposits
  • Willingness to assist guests and staff
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
  • Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff preferred

Job Duties

  • Adheres to the Medical Center standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building
  • Responsible for greeting guests with a helpful and caring attitude
  • Responsible for maintaining a clear and safe area for pedestrian and vehicular traffic
  • Completes all forms and documents correctly
  • Collects payments and secures cash and keys if required
  • Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center and Department training requirements
  • Drives golf cart as requested
  • Performs other duties as requested by management
