Job Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Open doors and assist guests and visitors as they enter and leave the hotel
Control and direct traffic of personal and commercial vehicles including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses to ensure legal parking and maintain a smooth and efficient traffic flow
Provide directions and information to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, service hours, and local points of interest
Monitor and maintain security, protection, and cleanliness of parking areas and report any vehicle risks or security issues to the manager or supervisor
Maintain the security of vehicles and their keys
Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
Comply with company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions, complete training and obtain safety certifications
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and meet guest service needs
Thank guests sincerely
Assist persons with disabilities
Use clear and professional language
Handle telephones using proper protocol
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support the team in achieving common goals
Adhere to quality assurance standards
Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods during the workday
Move, lift, carry, push, drag, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without help
