Job Duties

  • Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel
  • Control and direct vehicle traffic including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses to ensure legal parking and maintain smooth traffic flow
  • Provide guests with directions and information about hotel amenities, services, hours, and local points of interest
  • Monitor and maintain security, protection, and cleanliness of parking areas and report safety risks or security issues to management
  • Maintain vehicle and key security
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions, participate in safety training and certification
  • Greet guests warmly following company standards, anticipate and meet service needs, assist persons with disabilities
  • Use clear, professional language when communicating
  • Answer phones using proper protocol
  • Foster positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects up to 10 pounds unaided
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
