- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work full time
- No prior supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure vehicles are legally parked and traffic flows smoothly
- Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, hours, and local attractions
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or unauthorized personnel
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Follow all company policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
