Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving property
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report any hazards or unauthorized personnel
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Assist individuals with disabilities and provide courteous guest service
