- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for an entire work shift

Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving property
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
- Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities and local areas
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- Report vehicles, safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or security problems to manager
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
