Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- ability to drive all types of vehicles including automatic and manual
- ability to work full-time days
- ability to work most holidays with extra pay differential
- ability to work in varied weather conditions
- wear approved uniform and maintain professional grooming
- capacity to deal with disruptive individuals compassionately
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping frequently
- ability to maintain constant flow of traffic
- ability to conduct parking area audits and monitor safety and security
- willingness to provide wheelchair assistance and escorts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Exhibits professional image towards patients, visitors, employees
- provide wheelchair assistance and escorts into building
- maintain traffic flow in the vehicle staging area
- monitor assigned work area for cleanliness and safety concerns
- monitor all parking areas for parking violations, safety, security issues
- direct motorists to available parking spaces
- prepare for work by checking bulletins, posts, or schedule changes
- verify that adequate supplies are on hand
- keep accurate and orderly records of parked vehicles
- assess vehicles and note existing damage
- operate vehicles safely and efficiently
- conduct audits of parking areas to monitor activity and provide directions or traffic control
