Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel
  • Control and direct traffic of personal and commercial vehicles including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses to ensure legal parking and maintain smooth and efficient traffic flow
  • Provide guests with directions and information about hotel amenities, services, service hours, and local areas of interest
  • Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and levels, reporting any risks to vehicles or safety concerns to management
  • Maintain the security of vehicles and their keys
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
  • Attend safety trainings and obtain certifications
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets
  • Answer phones using proper protocol
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support team objectives
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
