Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel
- Control and direct traffic of personal and commercial vehicles including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses to ensure legal parking and maintain smooth and efficient traffic flow
- Provide guests with directions and information about hotel amenities, services, service hours, and local areas of interest
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and levels, reporting any risks to vehicles or safety concerns to management
- Maintain the security of vehicles and their keys
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
- Attend safety trainings and obtain certifications
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company assets
- Answer phones using proper protocol
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
