Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous related experience a plus
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to follow safety and operational protocols
- Strong customer service skills

- Knowledge of basic safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner
- Use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of vehicles
- Lift and carry packages, luggage or boxes up to 75 lbs from cars, buses and vans
- Place packages and luggage onto baggage carts or in secure areas for retrieval by bell staff
- Read luggage tags and provide claim tickets
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
- Follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
